1. Overview & Allocation Parameters

Because Hustle Tribe operates on a highly limited, small-batch allocation model, our inventory parameters are strictly regulated. Once a capsule or collection is cleared out, those specific items cannot be reproduced. By processing a final checkout on our portal, you acknowledge and agree to the return and exchange structural parameters outlined below.

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery tracking timestamp. To be eligible for a successful return, your garment must remain completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be secured within its original custom stealth packaging with all structural tags intact.

3. Exchanges For Limited Drops

Due to our exclusive batch sizes and immediate inventory depletion, we cannot guarantee direct size exchanges. If you require a different allocation size, you must initiate a standard return for your original item, and place a completely new order if the alternative size is still active in our central database.

4. Refund Matrix

Once your returned package is received back at our regional hub and inspected by our verification squad, we will issue an automated notification email. If the condition parameters are successfully approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The balance will automatically be applied back to your original credit card or initial payment gateway within 5 to 7 operational business days.

5. Damaged Or Defective Shipments

Every single piece of heavy armor undergoes a strict manual quality control protocol before secure dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the incorrect product allocation was handed off to you, please contact us immediately through our official matrix at support@hustletribe.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the defect so we can execute an instant replacement layout.

6. Return Shipping Logistics

You will be responsible for processing and paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item to our hub. Original shipping fees are completely non-refundable. We highly recommend utilizing a secure shipping service with a trackable logistics code or purchasing shipping coverage, as we cannot guarantee receipt or verify processing for lost return packages.
