1. Logistics & Processing Matrix
Because Hustle Tribe operates on an exclusive, limited capsule drop system, order volumes spike instantly during portal openings. Every order undergoes custom verification before dispatch. Our internal logistics team processes and secures all orders within 24 to 48 hours after the drop window officially closes. We do not dispatch shipments on weekends or regional public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Standard Rates
For all regional orders within our primary zone, we utilize premium trackable courier networks to ensure your heavy armor arrives safely. Standard transit times usually take between 3 to 5 operational business days from the exact date of handoff. Standard shipping rates are calculated flat at checkout, or waived if your total checkout value clears our active free shipping threshold.
3. International Allocation & Transit Times
We ship our streetwear garments globally through accelerated air freight partners. International transit windows vary depending on your destination matrix:

4. Silenced Tracking Codes
Transparency across our distribution network is automated. As soon as your package is securely bagged and handed over to our shipping carriers, an automated confirmation email containing your unique, live tracking link will be sent to your registered coordinates. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier network to log and update the initial tracking status online.
5. Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Address Layouts
Our shipping software automatically formats and prints labels exactly based on the address inputs provided during final checkout. If a package is returned to our central hub due to an incomplete address error on your part, or because the delivery was repeatedly unclaimed, you will be responsible for covering the secondary shipping fees to re-route and re-dispatch the package.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments in Transit
Once a parcel leaves our regional distribution facility and a tracking code is generated, the handling safety shifts directly to the courier provider. If your package tracking matrix states "Delivered" but you have not physically received the goods, please verify with your local hub or contact us within 48 hours at support@hustletribe.com so we can launch an internal investigation log with the carrier network.
